We've determined that this is the only fair way to document who's next in line to receive a pup, and ensure that people seriously interested in one of our pups are able to get one.
Please read this entire page and understand the terms before you commit to this contract, this is a great way to guarantee you one of our beautiful puppies but this deposit is non-refundable, but you will have 2 years from the date of deposit to choose a puppy out of our litters.
If you want a puppy from us and want to be notified first of new litters/puppies that we have than we have 2 types of waiting lists.
Our Waiting List
We have a waiting list which does not require a deposit, for those who want to be notified of new litters but do not want to put down any money yet. People on this list will be notified when we have a new litter but only after all others on the VIP List have been notified and the pups have been picked. That is if there are any pups left and if we have time to do so.
Our VIP Waiting List
What this means is that we will accept a $200 deposit from you to be notified and pick from new litters before the general public. VIP Waiting List customers are first come first serve, so if you are the first to be put on the list than you will be 1st to choose from the puppies. If you are 2nd on the list then you have 2nd choice etc.
We will send you a notification via email and give you a courtesy call to let you know we have a new litter. We will give you 48 hours to make your decision or pass. If you pass, than the next person in line will have the option of choosing their pick and so on. If you pass, than you will still have your spot for choice on the next litter or be moved up a spot depending on the following litter.
Your deposit will expire in 2 years from date of deposit so you will be able to see upcoming litters first until you find the perfect puppy. This deposit is non-refundable.
The $200 deposit will go towards the purchase price of the puppy, and will be deducted from your total. Please make sure you are ready to purchase and find the perfect puppy for your family before you place this deposit as it is nonrefundable but will give you 2 years to make a choice.
This VIP deposit can be paid via money order, certified bank check, or PayPal. Please note that if you send your payment via PayPal there will be a 4% fee added.
